The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Road Races (Circuit of Ireland Rally) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 133) which will come into operation on 1 April 2015.
The effect of the Order is to permit the Ulster Automobile Club Limited as promoter of the Circuit of Ireland Rally 2015 to use for that event certain roads by suspending the right of way of other traffic at various times on 2, 3 and 4 April 2015.
