The Parking Places on Roads (Castle Place, Belfast) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 No.96

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Castle Place, Belfast) (Northern Ireland) 2022, (S.R. 2022 No. 96), which comes into operation on 1st April 2022.

The Rule will authorise a parking place on a length of Castle Place, Belfast. Between the hours of 11.00 am and 6.00 pm the use of the parking place will be restricted to disabled persons’ vehicles only with parking limited to a maximum of 3 hours with return to the parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired.

Between the hours of 6.00 pm and 11.00 am the use of the parking place will be restricted to the loading and unloading of certain goods.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.

The Rule will also revoke certain existing parking places in Castle Place.
