The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Antrim) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019”, (S.R. 2019 No. 137), which comes into operation on 6 August 2019.

The rule will prohibit vehicles waiting between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Oriel Road, Antrim. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

The rule will also revoke and re-enact certain other existing parking places (with the limit of 3 hours in relation to disabled person’s vehicle removed) and waiting restriction in Antrim.
