The Department for Infrastructure today made an order vesting certain lands at Killyman Road, Dungannon in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.
A copy of the vesting order and related map may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the DfI Roads offices of the Department as follows:

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Vesting Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Department or that the Statutory Procedures have not been followed may, before 25 August 2018, make an application to the High Court.
