DVA Business Plan 2024-2025 - Screening form

This is an annual business plan that sets out DVA’s performance targets for the year 2024-25 in each of the services we provide.

The plan outlines the services that DVA will provide to citizens and which account for the vast majority of its work. Our focus for 2024-25 will be on three priorities: namely, our Services, our Infrastructure and Assets, and our Organisation. Our main priority is to deliver all our services to the highest possible standards and at maximum capacity. This will continue to be a challenge given the high level of demand for our services and current limits on our capacity across our existing network.
