DFI/2022-0023: Environmental Information Regulations 204 request for details of the Lagan Gateway Bridge project in South Belfast, including: 1) the total cost; 2) how far the cost was above DfI estimate; 3) the amount of natural vegetation removed; 4) the number of times the canal system has been used since completion; 5) a copy of any EIA determination; 6) copies of all correspondence about works at the bottom of Hampton Park, Galwally; 7) details of any Executive Ministers consulted; 8) whether the scheme was considered to be cross-cutting; 9) copies of all correspondence with Lagan Valley Regional Park; 10) whether a Marine Licence was thought necessary to construct the canal system; 11) any consultation with DAERA about a licence; or 12) licenced activities; &  13) any legal opinion provided to the Department about the need for a licence.
