DfI/2019-0390: FOI Request for information on motorists who currently have 12 or more penalty points on their license

I am writing in regards to penalty points.

Please state

1. The number motorists who currently have 12 or more penalty points on their license in Northern Ireland,
2. Please also provide the current number of motorists in Northern Ireland who still have a valid driving license despite having 12 penalty points or more. Can I have the five motorists with a valid licence with the highest penalty points?
