DfI/2019-0344: EIR Request for any communications relating to planning application LA01/2016/1328/F since 24 January 2018

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and, so far as relevant, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I request information and all associated documentation (in whatever form) held by the department’s planning division arising from contact with or from Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, or any other party, in connection with or arising from or associated with planning application LA01/2016/1328/F. Such information, in particular but not exclusively, to include all contacts on and since 24 January 2018.

Further, I seek information and all associated documentation (in whatever form) held by the department’s Roads Service arising from contact with or from Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, or any other party, in connection with or arising from or associated with planning application LA01/2016/1328/F since 24 January 2018.
