DfI/2019-0247: EIR Request for details of any local Council restricting permitted development under article 7(3) of the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 in relation to Mineral Exploration under Part 16. Specifically:
Confirmation of whether the Department has
1) received a direction from any local Council restricting permitted development under article 7(3) of the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 in relation to Mineral Exploration under Part 16; and
2) if the Department has disallowed any such direction and the Department’s reasons for same.
