DfI/2019-0244: FOI Request for information relating to the DVA Londonderry Test Centre, including sick leave and test cancellations

I would like to make a formal information request, in relation to the DVA Londonderry Test Centre, under the Freedom of Information Act to tell me -

1. the rate of sick leave at this office compared to NI averages at other test centres, and
2. the percentage of tests that are cancelled at this centre compared to other testing centres.
