DfI/2019-0230: FOI Request for information relating to taxi operator/driver warnings and fines by DVA

I have attended the last 2 public hire taxi driver meetings with your department. As of yet there have been no minutes sent out from the meeting on 3rd May 2019.

My request today comes under the Freedom of Information Act
I would like to know how many operators/drivers have been warned and or fined for not keeping compliance records of their bookings/jobs.

Also how many of those that failed to keep proper records were affiliated to each taxi class i.e. class A B C or D.
