DfI/2019-0136: EIR Request for information regarding appeals and convictions in respect of bus lane contraventions at College Road East

I now make this formal request for the following information to be provided to me under The Freedom of Information Act.

1. Please provide me with the number of convictions overturned and or successful Appeals that members of the public have obtained since the College Road East junction had enforcement cameras installed and when were the cameras installed?
2. The number of Appeals that Traffic NI lost initially and subsequently appealed against for bus lane contraventions at College Road East junction?
3. Please tell me how many appeals Traffic NI have lost in relation to bus lane contraventions at College Road East?
4. How many appeals were logged against College Road East Bus Lane contravention in 2018?
5. Please tell me if there are any remaining road marking or signage works outstanding in relation to the College Road East junction and what they are?
6. Please tell me in Traffic NI have any road marking or signage improvement works for the College Road East junction scheduled to be undertaken in 2019, and if so, what are they exactly?
