DfI/2019-0127: FOI Request for details of all projects now delayed as a consequence of having no Executive

Under the FOI Act I request the following information from the Department of Infrastructure.  Details of all projects now delayed as a consequence of having no Executive?  Please include the financial consequences and possible job losses or failure of recruitment both within government departments and any subsequent loss of opportunity to the private and voluntary sectors.
