I request documents/drawings relating to the recent (last 8 years) upgrades to street lighting at the Cambrai Heights, Waringstown, specifically the BT66 7PZ postcode area.
The proposed plans were not adhered to at the behest of the occupier of an address in Cambrai Heights, and the sitings of several lamp posts changed. Can I have any/all documents relating to the decision making process with reference to changes to the originally proposed plans, and why there was no consultation process with other residents.
