The Department for Infrastructure today made an order vesting certain lands in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, for a sightline improvement scheme at the B165 Bellspark Road/U208 Prospect Road Clady.
A copy of the vesting order and related map may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Roads’ offices of the Department as follows:

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Vesting Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Department or that the Statutory Procedures have not been followed may, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
