The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The A6 Castledawson By-Pass (Abandonment and Stopping-Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 (S.R. 2022 No. 113) which comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
The effect of the rule is abandon 2 lengths of road at Bellshill Road, Annaghmore and stop-up 3 lengths of Bellshill Road and 1 length of Annaghmore Road, Annaghmore to road traffic on the A6 Castledawson By-Pass between Castledawson and Toome.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by email to landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or telephone on 0300 200 7899.
