The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Moy) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 102), which comes into operation on 14 July 2023.

The Rule will introduce parking places and waiting restrictions in Moy. It will also update the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider” and revoke and re-enact certain existing waiting restrictions in Moy. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 028 8225 4085.
