DFI/2023-0050: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of parking enforcement in the Holylands area of Belfast, including: 1) the frequency &; 2) hours of Traffic Attendant (TA) attendance in streets in the Holylands; 3) whether there was any early or late TA attendance, all in the last 3 months; 4) DfI awareness of chronic illegal parking; 5) the DfI Parking Enforcement manager; 6) any performance related targets set for TAs; 7) any publicly listed actions DfI is taking; 8) anonymised ticketing data, by street; & 9) confirmation of whether Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) can be issued based on third party evidence.
