The purpose of this DEM is to retain TD 37/93 – Scheme Assessment Reporting in amended form for use in the reporting of staged scheme assessments of major road improvement schemes in Northern Ireland when TD 37/93 is withdrawn from the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB). It should be noted that the “T” in TD stands for traffic engineering and control whilst the “D” stands for design document.
