DfI/2019-0384: FOI Request for information on equipment for a new MOT centre at Hydebank

Under Freedom of Information legislation I would like to request the following:

1) Is the department currently looking to buy equipment from a company in the USA as part of plans to build a new MOT centre at Hydebank?

2) How much is the department spending on said equipment/what is the budget?

3) Has the department tested this equipment will meet the standards required by UK and EU law when it comes to vehicle testing?

4) Any emails/correspondence from departmental/DVLA staff expressing their thoughts about the equipment being considered.
