DfI/2019-0293: EIR Request for information relating to the Glen Road, Magheraberry for potholes and compensation claims

I was informed that I have a right of access under The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to recorded information held by you as a public sector organisation.  Please therefore furnish me with the following, regarding the Glen Road, Maghaberry:

• The number of potholes reported to you (with dates) between your inspection date of12/09/18 and your ‘ad hoc’ inspection on 15/01/19;
• The number of compensation claims submitted to you for Glen Road between 12/09/18and your repairs on 22/01/19;
• The number of successful compensation claims made by you for Glen Road between12/09/18 and 22/01/19;
• A detailed list of monies paid out in compensation by you between 12/09/18 and22/01/19;
• The number of unsuccessful compensation claims made by you for Glen Road between12/09/18 and 22/01/19; and
• The number of potholes repaired by you between your inspection date of 12/09/18 and22/01/19.
