DfI/2019-0007: EIR Request for copies of any correspondence/responses to the 1974 consultation with regards to the Monagh Bypass, Belfast.
The specific request is as follows:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I'm seeking historical information on the development of the Monagh Bypass in Belfast.
On 29 April 1974, the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland published a notice in the Belfast Telegraph, seeking responses to plans to develop 1.3KM of road (hereto known as the Monagh Bypass).
I believe your department may hold the information I seek on this matter: Can you provide copies of correspondence/responses to the aforementioned notice? And any separate correspondence from individuals with an interest in the land (i.e. those listed in the notice as being affected by the development)?
