Can I please submit the following Freedom of Information request relating to all DfI Roads Divisions within Northern Ireland: -
Where DfI Roads has been a consultee for planning applications for single dwellings over the last 24 months, please confirm the planning reference numbers of any planning applications where DfI Roads/Transport NI have stipulated or accepted visibility splay lengths of 65 metres and under (Y distance as per DCAN 15) for the associated entrance onto the public road. Please also confirm the design speed assumed by DfI Roads in each occasion.
A response consisting of a simple electronic list of the applications reference numbers, visibility splay length and design speed assumed will be sufficient.
