Request to hold a Public Inquiry on a Regionally Significant planning application and two Called-in planning applications
On 22 September 2021 the Department requested that the Planning Appeals Commission (‘the Commission’) hold a Public Inquiry for the above planning applications in accordance with Sections 26 and 29 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.
The conducting of the Inquiry and the timelines for its commencement are now matters for the Commission to determine
