The Order relocates the existing taxi stand on High Street, Ballynahinch. The stand is available for use at any time and a maximum of 2 taxis may use it at any one time. No vehicle other than a taxi is permitted to use the stand.
The Order also revokes the Taxis (Ballynahinch) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2004.
