The Term Contracts for Road Markings will include the following work activities: 
removal of road markings; laying of road markings using mechanical means and by hand; removal and installation of road studs; overbanding and inlaid crack sealing systems and other associated ancillary works in the following Local Government Districts:

RME1 - Belfast;
RME2 - Lisburn & Castlereagh;
RMN1 - Causeway Coast & Glens;
RMN2 - Mid & East Antrim / Antrim & Newtownabbey;
RMS1 - Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon;
RMS2 - Newry, Mourne & Down / Ards & North Down;
RMW1 - Mid Ulster; 
RMW2 - Derry & Strabane.

Detail

The Department has a need to establish a call-off contractual arrangement in order to support its in-house maintenance operations.

When in-house capacity is not sufficient to meet operational requirements, this contract will provide the Department with a facility to have overspill work, requiring vehicles over 3500kg, to be undertaken.
